Aaron Brink, a National Exercise Trainers Association certified trainer, is in charge of developing training plans for the enhancement of the Pioneers baseball program. Brink has quickly gained the reputation as a knowledgeable trainer whose goal is for the betterment of the student-athlete.
He has trained hundreds of athletes and is responsible for structuring the first ever Strength Camp for the Duke Public Schools. The Western Oklahoma State College's men's and women's basketball programs have reaped the benefits of Brink's Evolved Fitness workouts for the past year.. In addition, for the past two years he has served as a personal trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach for WOSC's Upward Bound Program. Brink, a Frederick, Oklahoma native, also serves as a Personal Trainer in the WOSC Wellness Center.
His work and network have brought together trainers, coaches, physical therapists, nutritionists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and exercise specialists to aid and assist in the betterment of WOSC student-athletes to reach their goals and be at peak performance.
